Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and create a positive, professional first impression.
- Coordinate specialty referrals and treatment scheduling across multiple supported offices.
- Verify insurance benefits and explain specialty treatment estimates and financial options.
- Assist patients with treatment acceptance by answering questions and providing clear communication.
- Coordinate with specialty providers, general dentists, and office teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Manage patient records, referrals, and specialty documentation accurately.
- Schedule appointments efficiently while maximizing provider productivity.
- Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment, outstanding appointments, and continuing care.
- Support front office operations including check-in, check-out, phone calls, and patient communications.
- Travel to various Bright Now! Dental supported offices based on business needs.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
Qualifications
- At least one year related experience
- Knowledge of dental terminology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
