About This Position The Commissary Operations Supervisor helps manage all aspects of commissary operations and services at the assigned correctional facility. You will help with several aspects of the on-site operations department, including workforce coverage, security and inventory control. This position is located onsite within a jail/correctional facility and you will work around inmates. You will report to the Operations Manager.

Essential Functions/Main Responsibilities Assist and manage training of new team members. Maintain working knowledge of all phases of your department operations. Make sure employees are working where needed and employees are staying busy. Assist to maintain accurate inventories of all products. Complete required reporting. Document and inform Management of all priority tasks and personnel problems. Report any problems, discrepancies, issues to Management promptly with written documentation.
