About This Position The Dishwasher/Sanitation Worker is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of dishes, serveware and equipment. You will report to a Food Service Director. This position is located onsite inside of a jail/correctional facility.
Essential Functions/Main Responsibilities Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized. Maintain dishwashing station, sink and related areas cleaned. Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report any issues to management. Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks. Maintain excellent customer service. Follows Trinity Services Group safety procedures including proper food safety and sanitation.
