: Evening shift- 4pm to 12:30 am. This position provides supervisory coverage for Mobile Crisis Response team members during these evening hours and supports continuity of crisis operations and coverage needs
Team Dynamic: This supervisor will oversee 12 Mobile Crisis Response staff working during the evening shift, including community support specialist and peer support staff
Location:
BJC Commons this a Hybrid position – 2 days in the office and 3 days remote. The supervisor is expected to be at the office at least two days a week
MUST HAVE skills for this position: Strong crisis assessment and intervention skills; ability to make sound clinical and operational decisions in high-risk situations; strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills - previous supervisory or manager leadership experience is a strong plus.
