Clients: Supporting clients with both a mental health and substance use disorder diagnoses’ (Co-Occurring Disorders-COD) - health and substance use disorders

Job responsibilities

: Meet with clients in the office, their homes or community to assist them in moving towards using coping skills and medication management versus drugs and alcohol to manage their symptoms (harm reduction).

Local travel is required, and you must have your own personal reliable vehicle with valid insurance
