ICPR Clinical Case Manager - FT

• ICPR = Intensive Community -Based Psychiatric Rehabilitation

Requires traveling throughout the St. Louis city and county to meet with clients in their homes to provide crisis-based therapy services, family therapy, and behavioral based interventions for families, youth, and young adults

This is a FT day shift position that requires flexibility to meet with clients. Evening shift flexibility.

• Shift: FT 40 hours/week – benefits eligible
• Services Provided during day time hours but there is also a standard on-call system in place
• Team and supervisor provides coverage when employee is on PTO

A typical day will usually consist of therapy sessions, coordination with case management team, and session note writing.
