Additional Information About the Role
Join Christian Hospital as a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist and play a direct role in improving patient outcomes in the ICU. Working alongside a multidisciplinary care team, you will participate in daily ICU rounds, provide clinical pharmacy services including order verification, pharmacokinetic, warfarin, and TPN consults, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and dietitians.
In addition to patient care responsibilities, you will contribute to committee and research initiatives while serving as a preceptor for pharmacy residents and students. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your clinical practice in a dynamic, team-based environment.
PGY1 residency required.
M-F, Days
Every 5th weekend
