- Barnes Jewish Hospital 1500 bed Level One Trauma Center
- Assistant Nurse Manager OR Hearts Pod 3
- 4/10 hour shifts
630A-5:00P
- 3-4 shared calls per year-taken a week at a time by phone
- 30 direct reports
- Responsible for staff scheduling, interviewing, coaching/disciplinary actions, performance reviews and other duties
13 OR suites
24/7 cardiac, thoracic and vascular surgery
OR and leadership experience preferred
