Quality Supervisor at Post Holdings | LAYIQ

Lead and support quality and food safety programs to ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and SQF requirements.
Serve as the primary backup to the Plant Quality & Food Safety Manager and provide leadership support across plant quality initiatives.
Manage and develop Quality Technicians, helping build technical capabilities and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Oversee prerequisite quality programs, including: Environmental monitoring and follow-up investigations
Calibration programs
Water and air quality programs
Hold logs and ERP dispositions
Internal audit programs
Develop, implement, and maintain quality and food safety training programs, including new hire onboarding and plant-wide training initiatives.
Support sales and customer-related quality requests through activities such as certificates of analysis (COAs), product evaluations, sample reviews, and retrieval requests.
Partner with operations and cross-functional teams to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and improve processes.
Analyze and communicate technical, scientific, quality, and regulatory information to diverse audiences throughout the organization.
Support plant leadership initiatives that strengthen safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement.
