WHO are we looking for?
We are seeking a full-time
Corporate Counsel Employment with significant employment law experience, to join our internal legal team. As Corporate Counsel, you will provide practical, business-oriented legal advice on a broad range of employment matters while helping the firm mitigate legal and operational risk. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to Human Resources, business leaders, and executive management on employment-related issues affecting the firm’s workforce and growth objectives.
The successful candidate will regularly advise on employment law issues across multiple jurisdictions and provide guidance on federal, state, and local legal requirements affecting the firm's workforce. The successful candidate will have substantial experience advising on employee relations matters, restrictive covenants, confidentiality and non-solicitation agreements, employee mobility issues, workforce management, and employment-related compliance matters for national employers.
