Overview
WHO are we looking for?
We are seeking a full-time
Commercial Transactions Counsel to join our internal legal team. This attorney will serve as a trusted legal advisor to business leaders, with primary responsibility for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a broad range of complex commercial agreements.
The position requires extensive experience negotiating directly with opposing counsel, resolving contractual and legal issues in a pragmatic and business-focused manner, and supporting procurement and sales processes through legal review of requests for proposals (RFPs), due diligence questionnaires, and related contracting documents. The successful candidate will balance legal risk management with business objectives while collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization.
The internal title for this role is intended to be Corporate Counsel | Legal.
