Overview
WHO are we looking for?
CAPTRUST is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated
Product Specialis t to support advisor productivity tools, with a primary focus on our AI-native meeting assistant. This role will work closely with the Product Manager, Strategy & Transformation Office, IT, vendors, and business teams to evaluate new capabilities, support feature releases, configure tools for advisor workflows, and drive adoption of solutions that enhance advisor productivity and client experience.
While the AI meeting assistant is the primary responsibility, this role will also support adjacent tools and integrations and may expand to additional wealth technology solutions as the product ecosystem evolves. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and an interest in developing deeper product expertise across AI-enabled tools, vendor capabilities, and emerging integration patterns that can improve business processes.
