Overview
WHO are we looking for?
CAPTRUST is seeking a Data Quality Analyst to lead the firm's data quality program. This Analyst will partner with teams across the firm to define, monitor, track, and enforce data quality rules that improve trust in reporting and analytics. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who combines strong SQL skills with cross-department collaboration to identify issues and drive remediation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the firm's data quality program by identifying, defining, and prioritizing data quality rules in partnership with business owners and data stewards
- Design and maintain automated SQL based data quality tests via dbt and collaborate with data engineers to embed testing into the analytics warehouse build process
- Define critical data elements (CDEs) and measurable quality standards (e.g., completeness, validity, accuracy, timeliness) and document acceptance criteria
