Role Summary
Free People is looking for a Vendor Management Coordinator to support the daily operational functions within the beauty & wellness buying team; to ensure timely delivery of merchandise through consistent communication and follow-up with the vendors, the distribution center and the buying team; and to develop key cross functional relationships with the distribution center, vendors and production. Successful candidates will have the potential to advance into key areas such as buying, planning or operations.
- Role Responsibilities
- SKU creation and maintenance and GTIN management
- Entering, updating, managing, tracking, and organizing purchase orders in all systems (MTS, IP and Blue Cherry) to ensure timely delivery
- Ensure timely delivery of merchandise through tracking and monitoring of receipts communicating changes to Buying and Planning teams and updating tracking systems
