Role Summary

Urban Outfitters is looking for an Assistant Creative Merchandiser who executes seasonal and monthly marketing campaigns for Women’s Apparel and Accessories. This role bridges product initiatives across Retail and Digital channels, ensuring alignment between merchandising strategy and creative output. The Merchandiser serves as a key departmental support by owning operational elements of product strategies across all touchpoints.

Role Responsibilities

Product Alignment:

Partner with Buying to align product assortments, inventory, and delivery dates with marketing message timing.

Sample Management:

Coordinate the end-to-end sample process, including studio handoffs, SKU tracking, and maintaining organized sample racks for editorials.
