REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Associate degree in nursing
Experience: 1 year of nursing experience in an acute healthcare setting within the specialty hired.
Licensure/ Certification: Reg Nurse License in the state of Illinois Basic Life Support certification (BLS) through the American Heart Association Advanced Care Life Support certification (ACLS) through the American Heart Association (required for applicable specialties) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) through the American Heart Association (required for applicable specialties)
Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain flexibility in work and schedule. Strong clinical judgment and autonomous decision-making ability. Advanced assessment, analytical, and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage complex patient populations across the care continuum. Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft applications. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) or completion within two years of hire.
Experience: 2 years of nursing experience in an acute healthcare setting within the specialty hired. Participation in Clinical Ladder strongly encouraged.
