Team Summary
We are a Data Collection team focused on improving smart home devices and features through high-quality data. The data we collect supports machine learning training, evaluation, testing, and performance benchmarking, helping teams develop new capabilities and improve detection quality for customers. We recreate real-world scenarios and edge cases in various indoor and outdoor environments using both production and pre-release devices.
We also perform comparative analysis of device motion detection performance across different generations, generating insights that help determine device readiness for mass production.
Job Summary
We are seeking an adaptable and innovative Data Collection Engineer to oversee field operations, akin to debugging and shooting on set. This position is perfect for a hands-on problem solver who excels in dynamic environments and is enthusiastic about working directly with devices at various stages of development.
