As a Financial Advisor Manager within our High Net Worth Advice business, you'll lead a team of CFP® professionals who serve successful individuals and families with approximately $500,000 to $5 million in investable assets. These clients depend on Vanguard for trusted guidance, sophisticated financial planning, and long-term wealth management strategies.
This role is ideal for a leader who is passionate about developing talent, creating a culture of coaching and accountability, and helping advisors deliver exceptional client outcomes at scale.

What You'll Do
Develop and Inspire High-Performing Advisors
Lead a team of experienced financial advisors by providing coaching, mentoring, and performance leadership that elevates both the advisor and client experience.
Coach advisors to strengthen financial planning, relationship management, and client engagement skills.
Create an environment focused on accountability, collaboration, development, and continuous improvement.
Provide ongoing feedback that helps advisors maximize their impact and professional growth.
Foster a culture where advisors can thrive and do their best work.
Elevate Client Outcomes
Partner with advisors to deliver personalized wealth management solutions that help clients navigate complex financial decisions with confidence.
Support advisors in addressing sophisticated planning and investment needs.
Promote a consistent, high-quality client experience built on trust and fiduciary advice.
Help advisors deepen client relationships and uncover opportunities to serve clients more holistically.
Champion a client-first mindset in every interaction.
Drive Team and Business Performance
Leverage data, insights, and business judgment to improve advisor effectiveness and team results.
Monitor performance trends and identify opportunities to improve advisor and client outcomes.
Partner with leaders and business stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
Support organizational change while maintaining team engagement and effectiveness.
Balance growth, client experience, and risk management priorities.
Lead with Integrity and Sound Judgment
Model Vanguard's commitment to putting clients first.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and firm policies.
Coach advisors on risk awareness, supervision, and professional standards.
Promote a culture of compliance, accountability, and ethical decision-making.

Qualifications
Five years related work experience in financial services. Supervisory experience preferred.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
This job requires a regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. FINRA, state, SFC). These will be determined by Compliance based on role-specific duties.
