About the Opportunity

This is a core strategy and operations role within VIP business, serving as the strategic operating brain behind our VIP client franchise.

You will take an end-to-end business perspective across VIP clients, trading products, market dynamics, and RM operating models. Your responsibility is to identify the most important growth and efficiency opportunities, then design scalable, measurable, and repeatable strategies to address them.

Beyond developing recommendations, you will translate strategy into client segmentation, product and benefit propositions, operating journeys, decision frameworks, and actionable RM playbooks. You will also personally lead high-impact initiatives from problem definition through execution and performance evaluation.

This is not a traditional campaign operations or front-line execution role. We are looking for someone with strong business judgment and strategic thinking who is equally comfortable going deep into operational details and driving tangible results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• 制定VIP业务运营策略
• Define the VIP Business Operations Strategy
• 基于业务目标、市场环境、客户需求及交易行为，识别VIP业务的核心问题与增长机会，制定阶段性运营策略、业务优先级及落地路径。
• Identify critical business challenges and growth opportunities based on business objectives, market conditions, client needs, and trading behavior. Set strategic priorities and develop clear execution roadmaps.
• 搭建VIP客户经营体系
• Build the VIP Client Management Model
• 围绕客户价值、资产规模、交易行为、产品偏好及生命周期建立客户分层与经营模型，设计产品组合、权益机制、触达策略及客户价值提升方案。
• Develop client segmentation and management frameworks based on client value, assets, trading behavior, product preferences, and lifecycle stages. Design differentiated product, benefit, engagement, and value-growth strategies.
• 赋能前端RM开展客户经营
• Enable RMs with Actionable Strategies
• 将中台策略转化为RM可直接使用的作战方案，包括目标客户筛选、机会识别、需求切入、产品及权益组合、沟通框架和跟进路径，持续为前端业务“造子弹”。
• Translate central strategies into practical RM playbooks, including target-client selection, opportunity identification, client entry points, product and benefit propositions, communication frameworks, and follow-up journeys.
• 主导关键业务专项落地
• Lead High-Impact Business Initiatives
• 针对重点客群增长、产品渗透、交易提升、资产留存、客户召回及RM产能优化等关键议题，完成问题定义、方案设计、资源协调和执行落地，并对业务结果负责。
• Own strategic initiatives across priority-client growth, product penetration, trading growth, asset retention, client reactivation, and RM productivity—from problem definition and solution design through cross-functional execution and measurable outcomes.
• 建立数据分析与策略迭代机制
• Drive Data-Informed Iteration and Capability Building
• 搭建VIP业务指标及分析框架，从客户、产品、交易和RM效率等维度评估策略效果、识别增长驱动因素，并将有效策略沉淀为可复用的运营机制、决策框架和标准化工具。
• Establish analytical frameworks across clients, products, trading activity, and RM performance. Evaluate outcomes, identify growth drivers, and turn successful strategies into scalable operating mechanisms, decision frameworks, and reusable tools.

What We Look For In You

• 5年以上策略运营、商业运营、用户增长、客户经营或业务策略相关经验；具备金融、证券、财富管理、FinTech或加密货币行业经验者优先。5+ years of experience in strategy and operations, commercial operations, user growth, client management, or business strategy. Experience in financial services, securities, wealth management, FinTech, or cryptocurrency is preferred.
• 具备较强的业务敏感度，能够快速理解业务模式、识别核心问题，并判断不同策略对客户价值和业务结果的实际影响。Strong commercial judgment and the ability to quickly understand business models, identify critical issues, and assess how different strategies affect client value and business outcomes.
• 具备成熟的运营策略能力，能够从业务目标出发，完成问题定义、客户洞察、策略设计、机制搭建、项目落地及效果复盘。Proven ability to manage the full strategy cycle, including problem definition, client insight, strategy development, mechanism design, execution, and performance review.
• 具备客户经营思维，能够理解高净值客户、专业交易者或机构客户的决策逻辑，并据此设计差异化的产品、权益和运营方案。Strong client-management mindset and an understanding of how high-net-worth clients, professional traders, and institutional clients make decisions.
• 数据敏感，能够通过业务数据发现问题、验证假设和评估策略；不要求是专业数据分析师，但需要具备良好的分析框架和归因能力。Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to use data to identify issues, test hypotheses, evaluate outcomes, and conduct meaningful attribution analysis.
• 具备较强的结构化思维和复杂项目推动能力，能够协调多个团队，将相对模糊的业务问题转化为清晰、可执行的解决方案。Structured problem-solving and strong cross-functional leadership, with the ability to turn ambiguous business challenges into clear and executable solutions.
• 兼具战略高度和落地能力，既能搭建体系、制定方向，也愿意深入业务细节，亲自推动关键项目产生结果。A combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You should be able to design the operating model while also driving critical initiatives personally.
• 对加密货币、交易产品及Web3行业有较强兴趣和理解，能够快速掌握现货、合约、结构化产品、借贷及资产管理等业务逻辑。Strong interest in and understanding of cryptocurrency, trading products, and Web3, with the ability to quickly develop knowledge across spot trading, derivatives, structured products, lending, and asset management.
• 具备良好的中英文沟通能力，能够在全球化、跨区域和快速变化的环境中工作。Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Nice to Haves
• 有加密货币交易平台、券商、私人银行、财富管理或高净值客户业务经验。Experience at a cryptocurrency exchange, brokerage, private bank, wealth management firm, or another business serving high-value clients.
• 曾负责客户分层、生命周期经营、会员体系、权益体系或客户价值增长策略。Experience building client segmentation, lifecycle management, membership, benefits, or client-value growth strategies.
• 有赋能RM、销售或客户经理团队的经验，能够将中台策略转化为前端业务产出。Experience enabling RM, sales, or client-facing teams and translating central strategies into front-line business results.
• 曾独立负责具有明确业务结果的增长或经营专项，而不只是参与活动执行。Ownership of strategic growth or commercial initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
• 熟悉交易平台的客户结构、产品体系、收入模式和市场周期。Familiarity with exchange client structures, product portfolios, revenue models, and market cycles.
• 能够使用SQL、BI工具或AI工具完成业务分析、策略研究及运营提效。Experience using SQL, BI platforms, or AI tools for business analysis, strategic research, and operational improvement.
