Who You Are:
PSI is seeking an experienced
Proposal Manager Consultant to support our Business Development and Proposal team. The consultant will primarily support the development of prime proposals in collaboration with PSI leadership and technical staff, while also assisting with subconsultant data calls and teaming proposal support when PSI is serving as a sub to larger engineering firms.
This role is highly execution-focused and requires strong proposal management discipline, attention to detail, responsiveness under deadline pressure, and comfort working across multiple simultaneous pursuits.
