Bassett Healthcare Network a progressive, academic health system in Central New York and is actively recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Cancer Treatment Centers located in Cooperstown and Oneonta, NY.

$122,000-$140,000 Compensation, $50,000 SOB, Generous PTO, Employer Supported Retirement Plan.

The Bassett Regional Cancer Program has been continuously accredited by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer as a Comprehensive Community Cancer Center since 1947. The program is also a member of the ECOG-ACRIN with close to 30 years of participation in NCI and sponsored clinical trials. The program has a collaborative and multidisciplinary model, which includes onsite Radiation Oncologists, Surgical Oncologists, Pathologists and Radiologists.

The program has a comprehensive support team that includes Nurse Navigators, Social Workers, Financial Counselors, a Nutritionist and Palliative Care Practitioners.

• Outpatient Practice - CTC Cooperstown and FoxCare Oneonta
• Previous Oncology experience preferred
• Life-Work Balance: No call responsibilities
• Multi-Specialty Group, Closed Medical Staff, 600+ practitioners
• 4 - Day Work Week

Requirements

• National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant.
• Oncology Experience/knowledge preferred
• NYS Licensure
• BLS, ACLS or PALS Certification Required
