Real Estate Acquisition Specialist

We are a growing real estate investment company looking for a motivated, sales-driven Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join our team at our Branford, CT office.

This role is focused on speaking with motivated property owners, building relationships, analyzing potential deals, negotiating purchase terms, and converting qualified leads into signed contracts. We're looking for someone who wants to learn, produce, and grow with the company.

We provide the leads, systems, training, and support.

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with inbound and outbound seller leads
• Speak directly with homeowners interested in selling their properties
• Build rapport and understand each seller's situation and goals
• Analyze properties and determine appropriate offer ranges
• Present and negotiate purchase offers
• Convert qualified opportunities into signed contracts
• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads in the CRM
• Manage an active pipeline of prospective deals
• Work closely with management and the acquisitions team
• Meet weekly and monthly performance goals

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred
• Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
• Confident speaking and negotiating over the phone
• Experience with lead follow-up is a plus
• Eligible to work in the United States
