We are looking for an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman who can take ownership of a job site, lead a crew, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
This role is ideal for someone who knows commercial plumbing inside and out — from underground and slab work to system installation and project coordination — and who takes pride in leading a productive team.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise plumbing crews on commercial job sites
- Plan daily work activities and set clear productivity goals
- Install and oversee installation of DWV and domestic water systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and building codes
- Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades
- Track daily progress and complete job reports
- Maintain a safe and organized job site
- Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience
- Proven crew leadership or foreman experience
- Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems
- Experience with underground and slab installations
- Ability to read construction drawings and job specifications
- Reliable transportation and personal hand tools
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Commitment to job site safety and productivity
- OSHA 10 preferred
