Brookside CxO is expanding and seeking an experienced Senior Employee Benefits Advisor / Producer to join our growing team in Stockton, California.

Brookside CxO is not a traditional benefits brokerage. We help small and midsize employers reduce costs, strengthen their teams, and simplify the operational side of their businesses by bringing multiple services together under one trusted relationship.

Our solutions include employee benefits, payroll, HR and compliance support, recruiting, bookkeeping, fractional CFO services, and commercial insurance. This gives our advisors a more compelling reason to meet with business owners—and more opportunities to create value within every client relationship.

This opportunity is designed for an experienced benefits professional who wants to build a substantial recurring book of business without being buried in service work, renewal administration, and paperwork.

Requirements

• Proven experience in employee benefits, group health insurance, or benefits brokerage
• A track record of developing relationships and generating new business
• Active California Life and Health insurance license
• Strong understanding of group benefits and the employer renewal process
• Consultative approach to sales and client relationships
• Ability to communicate effectively with owners, executives, and HR professionals
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a pipeline
• Professional, ethical, and committed to doing what is best for the client
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with specialists across multiple service areas
• Established relationships within the Central Valley business community are a plus
