City Wide Facility Solutions is the nation's leading management company in the building maintenance industry, providing facility solutions to commercial properties across the South Bay and Santa Cruz areas. We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Quality Assurance Manager to join our team part-time.
City Wide manages facility services through a network of Independent Contractors (ICs) — independent businesses that employ their own crews. As Night Quality Assurance Manager, you are City Wide's quality-assurance and contract-compliance representative in the field after hours. You visit client buildings on a nightly route, inspect completed work against each account's scope of work, document what you find, and communicate directly with the IC's owner or authorized representative so any deficiency gets corrected quickly.
