Recruiting Coordinator

We're a fast-growing post-purchase SaaS platform serving 30,000+ Shopify and DTC merchants globally, and our HR team is expanding. We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help us build the team behind the product.

This isn't a passive admin role. You'll be hands-on in the full recruiting cycle — scheduling, coordinating across time zones, keeping candidates warm, and making sure our hiring process runs smoothly as we scale.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones (US + China teams)
• Manage candidate communications and keep the pipeline moving
• Post and update job listings across platforms (LinkedIn, Workable, indeed, etc.)
• Maintain and update our ATS and candidate tracker (Notion)
• Support sourcing efforts — LinkedIn Recruiter, outreach, referrals
• Help draft offer letters, schedule onboarding, and handle HR admin
• Work closely with the HR Manager on recruiting strategy and process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Human Resource. business administration or similiar major
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Mandarin (required)
• Are comfortable working across time zones and with async communication
• Have experience with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms
• Move fast and stay calm when priorities shift
• Nice to have: Previous experience in recruiting coordination or HR support
• Familiarity with Shopify ecosystem or SaaS companies
• Experience with Notion, Workable, or similar tools
• Details: 📍 Remote to hybrid (base location in Cary NC)
• 💬 Bilingual English/Mandarin required
