MIT Electrical Engineer II at Andersen Corporation | LAYIQ

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field.
Preference of 5+ years’ experience
Experience with NEC, NFPA79, NFPA70E and other local and national codes that need to be met for electrical equipment.
Demonstrated experience collecting data, performing statistical analyses, and making sound, data-driven decisions.
Demonstrated experience establishing and implementing performance measures.
Familiarity with and prior application of formal problem-solving techniques, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective and preventative measures.
Embraces and drives change to improve.
PAY RANGE: $90,039.00 - $139,561.00

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
