Supply Chain Process Designer I at Andersen Corporation | LAYIQ

4-year degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
3-5+ years of experience in project leadership, supply chain, IT, operations or manufacturing/industrial engineering preferred
*Ability to effectively apply acquired knowledge and skills to a variety of assignments within a moderate range of technical difficulty.
*Working knowledge and experience in material and information flow systems and processes such as ERP, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and lean methodology
*Working knowledge of lean manufacturing processes such as pull systems, kanban systems, PDCA thinking, and value stream mapping. Understands and applies methodologies associated with project planning.
*Strong experience in building and maintaining relationships
*Communicates effectively through written, verbal, listening, and presentation techniques.
*Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Experience with change management strategies
Cross-functional exposure preferred
Ability to travel if required, up to 5%

PAY RANGE: $70,941.00 - $109,959.00

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
