The Assistant Director of CRM Processes and Analysis is a member of the admission technology team and serves as a technical and operational resource for the institution’s admission CRM. This position supports the development, administration, optimization, and ongoing improvement of the Technolutions Slate environment to advance enrollment goals and strengthen the student admission experience.
The Assistant Director collaborates with campus partners to develop and maintain CRM workflows, reports, communications, and other tools while ensuring data accuracy, efficiency, and consistent processes.
Position Status: Exempt
Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000. This is the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary offered will depend on a candidate's experience and education, and departmental budget.
