FusionIRX is seeking a bilingual Mandarin/English Assistant Project Engineer / Site Coordinator to support the Senior Project Manager on-site for the construction and development of a specialty chemical manufacturing facility in Casa Grande, AZ.
This position will assist with day-to-day project coordination, communication, documentation, meetings, and interaction between English- and Mandarin-speaking project stakeholders. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, technically minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction and manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to the Senior Project Manager and project team.
- Assist with coordination between contractors, vendors, engineers, and client representatives.
- Facilitate clear communication between Mandarin- and English-speaking team members.
- Assist with project meetings, meeting notes, action items, and follow-up.
