Harlem Children’s Zone (HCZ) — a world-renowned education and poverty-fighting organization based in New York — seeks an enthusiastic, dedicated, and mission-aligned Senior Program Evaluation Associate with our Research & Evaluation Department.
The Senior Program Evaluation Associate will bring a passion for the mission of Harlem Children’s Zone: break the cycle of intergenerational poverty with comprehensive, on-the-ground programming that builds up opportunities for children and families to thrive in school, work, and life.
The Senior Program Evaluation Associate will join our Research and Evaluation team, which leverages data-driven decision-making and provides crucial insights into program effectiveness and strategic direction for HCZ’s mission-driven initiatives. The individual will be an integral part of implementing and maintaining program evaluation systems that support the efficient collection and dissemination of program information within the organization and with our external partners.
They will also help maintain schedules and templates for tracking the progress of programs across the organization in relation to key indicators. Critically, the individual will compile and share program data in a format that facilitates understanding of the impact and highlights opportunities for innovation.
