• Primary Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and design individualized treatment plans
• Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and other evidence-based interventions
• Supervise and mentor PTAs to ensure consistent, high-quality care
• Manage a daily caseload averaging 13 patients
• Provide patient and caregiver education on treatment plans and home programs
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans as necessary
• Accurately complete all EMR documentation
• Collaborate with referring providers and participate in case reviews
