What You Will Do

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care
Perform preventive visits, acute visits, and chronic disease management
Conduct annual wellness visits, physicals, and screenings
Diagnose and manage common conditions
Order and follow up on labs, imaging, and diagnostics
Educate patients on medications, treatment plans, and preventive care
Coordinate care with specialists and ensure follow-up
Document clearly and efficiently in the EHR
Participate in team-based care and quality initiatives

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based NP or PA program
New graduates are encouraged to apply
Active Arizona NP or PA license, or ability to obtain
DEA registration or eligibility prior to start date
Strong communication skills and sound clinical judgment
