About the Role:
Vercel is hiring a Senior HRBP to partner with our G&A organizations, Finance, Legal, People, and Security&IT. You'll work directly with C-Suite leaders to build people strategies that drive effectiveness, grow talent, and sustain a high-performance culture as we scale. This isn't a consulting role.
You'll be embedded in the business, bringing strategic vision and operational follow-through in equal measure. We want a builder: someone who's guided teams through real inflection points, balances analytical rigor with genuine human-centeredness, and never loses sight of the individual in the system. You speak truth to power, advocate for employees, help leaders make hard calls and you don't wait to be asked.
