$75,000–$80,000 (salary/exempt) dependent on experience | Full-Time Monday-Friday, 8:30a-5:00p | Hybrid
Are you a dynamic property management leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-touch environments? The Coral Company is seeking an experienced Association Manager to lead operations for a portfolio of 6-10 HOA/COA residential communities to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional resident experiences.
This is an opportunity for a highly organized, proactive leader who can confidently manage people, manage the daily property management activities, anticipate operational needs before they arise, and bring energy, accountability, and professionalism to every interaction.
What You’ll Do
- Portfolio Operations & Association Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations and operational performance of an assigned portfolio of residential HOA and COA community associations with a focus on organization, efficiency, and service excellence.
- Board Relations & Governance: Serve as the primary relationship manager for Board members, clients, residents, and vendors. Prepare for and attend monthly and annual association board meetings, enforce community rules, and manage resident violations fairly and consistently.
