Peterson Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Operations Manager to oversee and grow our HVAC service and installation division.
This is a hands-on management position for an experienced HVAC professional who understands the technical side of the trade but, equally important, can organize people, manage jobs, communicate with customers, and keep the department running efficiently and profitably.
The Person We're Looking For -
The successful candidate should have substantial field experience and be capable of earning the respect of experienced HVAC technicians.
Highly knowledgeable in residential and light-commercial HVAC.
Strong in boilers and hydronic heating systems.
Experienced with forced-air heating and air-conditioning systems.
Comfortable with refrigeration, electrical troubleshooting, controls, pumps, zone valves, and related HVAC systems.
Capable of estimating and managing both service and installation work.
