Bachelor's degree required.
Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
Two or more years of experience in financial planning, investment management, or a related financial services role.
Working knowledge of portfolio management, investment principles, and comprehensive financial planning.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative team player with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial planning, CRM, and investment management software.
Licensing Requirements
Current securities licensing is preferred; however, candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing and able to obtain the following:
FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE®)
Series 7
Series 63/65 or Series 66
State Life & Health Insurance License
Licenses should be obtained within the first year of employment.
Preferred Skills
Strong understanding of investment management and portfolio allocation.
Ability to analyze client financial information and develop planning recommendations.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to anticipate advisor needs and proactively prepare for upcoming client meetings.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
Desire to continually expand financial planning knowledge and technical expertise.
