L&L Metal Fabrication is looking for an experienced TIG Welder to join our team in Tontitown, Arkansas.
We are looking for a skilled welder who takes pride in producing clean, precise, high-quality work. This position is ideal for someone with strong TIG welding experience who enjoys custom fabrication, working from drawings, and building a variety of projects rather than performing the same repetitive weld every day.
This is a full-time, on-site position in an active metal fabrication shop.
What You’ll Do
- Perform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel
- Fabricate custom metal components and assemblies according to drawings, dimensions, and project specifications
- Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and fabrication details
- Fit, measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding and fabrication
