We are seeking a Quality Inspector to join a growing Quality team in a metal manufacturing environment. This is a second-shift, early-career opportunity for someone who already has a foundation in quality inspection and wants to continue developing their skills and career.
The Quality Inspector will perform inspections throughout the manufacturing process to verify that stamped metal parts, welded assemblies, and finished products meet engineering drawings, specifications, control plans, and customer requirements. The role will use precision measuring equipment, document inspection results, identify and control nonconforming product, and work closely with Production and Quality personnel to resolve issues.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of quality inspection/QC experience, preferably within metal manufacturing. Automotive or progressive die stamping experience is a strong plus but is not required. The company is willing to provide additional training and development for someone who brings the right Quality foundation, attitude, and willingness to learn.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–11:30 PM, with occasional overtime
Pay: $19–$22/hr depending on experience; second-shift differential is included.
