O’Hagan Meyer LLC, a national law firm with more than 440 attorneys and 26 offices, is seeking an experienced, business-minded Director of Human Resources to lead the Firm’s HR function from its Chicago office. This leadership role requires 7+ years of HR experience in a law firm or comparable professional-services environment, with the judgment, discretion, and operational discipline needed to support a sophisticated multi-office organization.
The Director will serve as a trusted advisor to Firm leadership, attorneys, and administrative professionals; establish consistent HR practices across the Firm; and lead initiatives related to employee relations, performance management, professional staff development, policy, compliance, investigations, HR operations, and organizational effectiveness.
