About the Role
The Shift Manager Front Office is responsible for directly overseeing the front office operations on an assigned shift. This position ensures excellent guest service, smooth team performance, and adherence to the hotel’s policies and standards.
- Position Responsibilities
- · Assists the Manager Front Office in hiring, scheduling, training, developing, evaluating and coaching of employees
- · Address and resolve escalated guest concerns effectively, promptly and professionally
· Assign tasks and manage scheduling to meet operational needs.
· Ensures the front desk staff is running smoothly, efficiently and productively during shifts.
