Full job description

As a Parts Runner for DEAR Services, you will be responsible for safeguarding and managing of Parts. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of parts to various locations, maintaining inventory records, and supporting warehouse operations. This role requires punctuality, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The Parts Runner will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to facilitate efficient parts distribution and uphold the high standards of Dear Services.

Requirements

•  Daily inspection of parts for cleanliness and operational status
•  Notifies management timely of upcoming parts back orders.
•  Manage Parts room inventory
•  Properly document all issues regarding parts orders.
•  Daily updates on Parts orders.
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•  Strong organizational and time management skills
•  Positive attitude
•  Hard working
•  Must be reliable
•  Must have a valid WA State driver’s license
•  Must pass a background check
