About the Role
We are seeking a Quality Inspector Lead (ITA) to support inspection operations at our Fairfax, KS manufacturing facility. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing inspection workflow, supporting quality initiatives, monitoring inspector performance, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements and quality standards.
The position plays a key role in maintaining product quality, driving continuous improvement, and supporting Project Coordinators through coaching and operational oversight, with a clear path toward advancement into higher-level roles.
Responsibilities
- Monitor inspection team workflow to ensure compliance with customer-specific quality standards
- Evaluate inspector performance and provide feedback to Project Coordinators
- Support quality planning, assembly, and inspection processes
- Ensure proper control, documentation, and segregation of non-conforming and scrap materials
- Coordinate with logistics to maintain accurate material flow and inventory control
