Compensation: Competitive package (base/variable split) uncapped + stock options

The Opportunity
This role owns global revenue growth and is accountable for scaling the business with Rule of 40 discipline—balancing growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Own Global Revenue Performance
- Drive revenue across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions, leading a distributed sales team.
- Lead Through Direct Engagement
- Participate actively in customer meetings, co-sell with strategic partners, coach sales representatives, and close enterprise deals personally.
- Scale the Sales Organization
- Recruit, develop, and expand the global sales team in alignment with business growth objectives.
- Drive Strategic Partnerships
- Collaborate closely with partners to execute joint go-to-market strategies.
- Maintain Operational Rigor
- Deliver accurate forecasts, manage pipeline with discipline, and drive sustainable growth aligned to Rule of 40 performance metrics.
- Set Organizational Standards
- Establish a culture of urgency, accountability, and mutual respect across customer and internal relationships.
