ROGERCO, Inc. (ROGERCO) an integrated technology and communications company is seeking a full-time Senior Communications Specialist. The Senior Communications Specialist will play an integral role conceptualizing and developing compelling material – to help our clients tell impactful and cohesive stories.
As a critical member of the creative team supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center Code 103 Corporate Communications team in Dahlgren, VA., the Senior Communications Specialist will be required to develop and edit written products including magazine and news articles, press releases and fact sheets that clearly relay key messages, purposes and plans and adhere to requirements for internal and external audiences.
The Senior Communications Specialist will also provide editorial guidance to subordinate organizations’ communications staff on written news articles in accordance with AP style guidelines. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with superior editorial and fact-checking skills. Candidates must have an active SECRET security clearance.
