Situation, a full-service agency building passionate communities for live experience-based clients like WICKED on Broadway and The Metropolitan Opera, seeks an Account Director to lead the day-to-day strategy, client relationship, and account operations for a Broadway/live entertainment client portfolio. This role will report to the VP, Accounts and own the media strategy and cross-team execution while managing two Account Executives.
The selected candidate will demonstrate strategic client leadership, fluency in sales and business goals, deep knowledge of the Broadway/live entertainment landscape, and strong collaborative partnership skills.
What You’ll Do
- The Account Director serves as the client's day-to-day strategic lead, translating their sales and business goals into media, creative, and partnership recommendations grounded in real knowledge of the Broadway/live entertainment market. This role owns the client relationship end-to-end — from budget management and pacing to coordinating with the client's external creative agency partner — while managing two Account Executives and partnering closely with the internal teams who lead day-to-day production execution.
