Position Summary
The Sales Manager is an energetic, customer-focused brand ambassador responsible for driving membership sales, educating guests on Spark’s services, and creating a positive customer experience from start to finish. This role helps set the tone for a strong sales culture at the wash by leading through example, engaging customers with confidence, and supporting team members in developing effective sales and customer engagement skills.
The Sales Manager may also be responsible for handling cash, processing customer payments and returns, and ensuring all transactions are completed accurately, responsibly, and with integrity.
