Are you an experienced construction professional who enjoys leading crews, managing multiple projects, and ensuring quality workmanship from start to finish? STEP, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee construction and weatherization projects, provide technical leadership in the field, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with program requirements.
This position combines project management, construction supervision, estimating, quality control, customer interaction, and hands-on technical expertise across a variety of residential construction and energy-efficiency projects.
