SailPoint Engineer, Mount Airey Group, Arlington, VA

Mount Airey Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Technologist Inc., is seeking a talented engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure access control solutions.

Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, certifications, and access reviews to meet business-specific access control requirements.

Integrate SailPoint IdentityIQ with existing access and authentication solutions.

Configure and manage user access entitlements within SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Automate access provisioning and de-provisioning processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues within SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ features and functionality.

Participate in the design and implementation of ICAM governance processes.

Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including security teams, application owners, and business users.

Document configurations, processes, and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree OR equivalent related experience.
• At least 3 (three) years of experience in a technical role supporting ICAM solutions.
• CURRENT Secret Clearance
• Nice To Have: Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ configuration and administration.
• Strong understanding of access control principles and best practices.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
