TechOp Solutions International is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to deliver senior-level strategic and operational support. The analyst will translate complex issues, policy directives, readiness requirements, and organizational priorities into actionable recommendations, executive-level deliverables, and coordinated strategic initiatives.
Analyze strategic issues, legislative requirements, policy directives, operational priorities, and organizational impacts affecting health-services operations.
Support strategic planning, environmental scanning, foresight analysis, forecasting studies, and scenario-planning assessments.
Develop issue papers, policy assessments, metrics, decision memoranda, information papers, and senior-leadership briefs.
Assess organizational alignment and recommend strategies that improve coordination, performance measurement, enterprise communication, and mission execution.
Facilitate engagements with executive leadership, subject-matter experts, external organizations, governance bodies, and working groups.
